Risk Consultant
Brenton specializes in risk management for the oil and gas, energy, transportation, and construction industries. Drawing on previous leadership experience in business growth and management, he helps clients navigate industry-specific exposures and develop insurance strategies aligned with their operations.
He attended Texas Tech University and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Outside of work, Brenton enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling.

Glen brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and extensive knowledge of risk management for the oil and gas industry. His background in managing a West Texas insurance office gives him a practical understanding of the exposures and insurance needs facing energy businesses. Glen is known for his industry focus and long-standing commitment to serving clients across the region.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University. Outside of work, Glen enjoys golf, traveling, playing gin rummy, and staying active.
Wade McClendon
Risk Consultant
Wade works with large oil and gas contractors and operators to develop risk management strategies that protect assets and support business growth. He helps clients understand industry-specific challenges, evaluate their risk profiles, and use data-informed solutions to guide decisions. Wade is known for aligning insurance programs with clients’ evolving business strategies.
He attended Baylor University and Tecnológico de Monterrey. Outside of work, Wade enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, and supporting his children’s activities.
