Humble Beginnings and Rapid Growth
Alera Group is an independent, national insurance and financial services firm that was created in 2017 when 24 like-minded employee benefits firms partnered to create an organization with hundreds of colleagues at a handful of locations. Through the years, we’ve continued to grow, and we’re proud that today we’re a top-20 broker in four key areas of expertise, with colleagues and locations all across the country.
