Alera Group Expands Footprint in Texas with Acquisition of IHS Insurance Group

IHS Insurance Group joins Alera Group through the existing Alera Group Texas offices. The IHS Insurance Group team will continue serving clients in their existing roles. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
