Alera Group Expands Private Equity Expertise with Full Integration of Risk Consulting Partners

Deerfield, IL (April 15, 2025) — Alera Group, a top national insurance and financial services firm, today announced the official completion of the integration and rebranding of Risk Consulting Partners (RCP), now operating solely under the Alera Group brand.
Since its inception, Alera Group has been committed to supporting the insurance needs of private equity clients. The acquisition of RCP in 2021 expanded that private equity (PE) expertise and enabled Alera Group to deliver comprehensive solutions across property & casualty, employee benefits, financial services, and specialized practices.
To further solidify this integration, Sara Carroll and Ken Rhoads joined Alera Group last year as Private Equity Diligence Team Leads to drive the development of streamlined processes and tailored solutions that leverage Alera Group's full capabilities for PE clients. Fully integrating RCP and rebranding to Alera Group formalizes that work, and will provide even faster access to the resources, experts and solutions that clients need.
