Kyle Samuel Joins Alera Group as Executive Vice President of National Operations

Deerfield, IL (April 10, 2024) — Alera Group, a top independent national insurance and financial services firm, announced today the appointment of Kyle Samuel as Executive Vice President of National Operations.
As a part of the leadership team, Samuel will partner with the national practice leaders and regional managing directors to create alignment and strategic focus for Alera Group’s operational model. Samuel will collaborate on organizational structure decisions to align functions, resources and priorities in the most efficient ways to support the company’s growth.

Samuel brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held various executive leadership positions in brokerage throughout his career. Prior to joining Alera Group, Samuel served as Chief Operating Officer at McGriff and has worked at companies such as M&T Bank, USI, Wells Fargo, AON and Chubb.
