Albert helps Alera Group clients enhance the employee experience and workplace culture through coordinated HR processes supporting a variety of key areas—including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. 

Before joining our team, Albert worked for several tech companies, startups, and recruiting firms. A resident of Orange County, California, he loves to go to the beach, visit museums, and explore the region when he’s not working. He’s also a big basketball fan who roots for the Golden State Warriors, and volunteers in the community with the San Francisco Marin Food Bank and Family Giving Tree.
