Throughout his career, Dave has consulted with business owners on how to best manage their exposures to risk. This includes understanding their individual risk tolerance and constructing insurance programs, in combination with other risk management techniques, to mitigate risk. When claims ultimately do occur Dave has been a close advocate to his clients to make certain they are treated fairly in the claim adjustment process.

For over 30 years, Dave was the President of Hallberg Commercial Insuror’s in Oak Brook and Elgin, IL prior to its sale to GCG Financial in 2017. Dave also has 8 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Underwriter and Underwriting Manager.
He currently resides in Lemont, IL with his wife Debbie and has 2 adult children, David and Alyssa. In his spare time, Dave enjoys boating, kayaking and bike riding.

Credentials: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Associates in Premium Audit (APA) and Associates in Risk Management (ARM)
