In her role as Senior Benefits Consultant, Diana focuses on bringing unique and strategic health and welfare benefit solutions to her clients that are tailored to meet their individual needs.

With over 10 years of human resources experience, Diana has a concentration on health and welfare compliance and continues to sharpen her focus by actively serving on the National Human Capital Management Committee and National Compliance Committee for Benefit Advisors Network and is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management.  She participates in conferences across the country and has been invited to speak both locally and nationally on Affordable Care Act compliance and best practices.

Diana holds her Ohio Life, Accident & Health license and is recognized as both a Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute and as a Certified HR Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management.
