As Vice President, he takes a holistic approach to the employee life cycle, helping companies manage the complete "hire to retire" process by understanding their unique culture, workforce data, and talent management needs. With over two decades of experience, he spent nearly 15 years at Paychex, Inc. as a Human Capital Management Specialist working with more than 1,500 organizations across all business sectors, followed by seven years as a Business Consultant at Gallagher, where he partnered with C-suite executives to control costs while delivering best-in-class care. A United States Marine Corps veteran (1993-1999), Frank holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo and completed additional business studies at Lindenwood University. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf, cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
