Geena provides support on projects such as employee handbook revisions, compensation planning and market analysis, and performance management design. She plays a vital role for both our own HR teams and for Alera Group clients, partnering to complete short-term projects that contribute to long-term goals.

An SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) with a master’s degree in human resources management, Geena previously was a full-time HR Services Partner with Alera Group and has vast experience as an HR generalist. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and literature.

Geena is a Wisconsin native who returned home to be closer to family after living on the West Coast. She enjoys cooking up new recipes for dinner parties, reading new books, and exploring nature.
