Jen began her insurance carrier in April of 2012.  Prior to entering the insurance business, she spent 13 years as a bookkeeper/controller at a busy HVAC contractor.  Jen partners with clients, carriers, producers, and co-workers to help grow business, both for the agency, and the client.  She firmly believes that her work is important, because clients trust us with their most precious assets. Jen is dedicated to helping others and prioritizes her values of inclusivity and equity. She believes, by doing so, she not only contributes positively to her community but also fosters an environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Inclusive and equitable actions can lead to stronger relationships, increased cooperation, and a more cohesive society overall. Jen has experience in all sized accounts, large and small. Yearly continuing education helps to keep her at the forefront of industry trends and needs. 

Jen enjoys attending local festivals, events, concerts, camping, and reading when time allows.  Jen is involved in local philanthropic projects and organizations and donates her time when she can.   Her teenaged son, daughter, and grandkids, keep her busy   A native of Northern Colorado, Jen and her partner Ian reside in Windsor with their family, and 4 dogs.
