Kate is an Account Manager for Select Commercial Accounts, where she supports small business clients with policy servicing, renewals, and day-to-day insurance needs.

Passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, Kate believes strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail are fundamental to delivering exceptional service.  

Kate began her career as a licensed Realtor. She later transitioned to the insurance industry as an Agency Services Coordinator at Keystone Insurers Group, earned her Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license, and stepped into an Account Management role with Alera Group. Kate holds a Google Project Management Certification and is currently working towards her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) Designation. 

Outside the office, Kate enjoys life on the hobby farm she shares with her husband Bruce and their three children. She is an equestrian, homebody, avid reader, and Harry Potter enthusiast.
