She founded Core Benefit Solutions in 2007, building a successful benefits consulting firm that was later acquired by Alera Group.

With more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits, Lisa specializes in helping employers design competitive benefits strategies that support employee wellbeing and business objectives. Her expertise includes consulting, strategic planning, and benefits administration, and she works with organizations across industries including nonprofit, technology, manufacturing, legal, and healthcare.
