Lori Thomas has joined CBM Insurance as their Claims Manager as of June 2020. Lori is well known in Delaware and has spent her entire career in the insurance industry. Lori began her career as a Commercial Underwriter with Cigna Corporation. After several years she transitioned to a local Delaware insurance agency as an Account Manager. In 2002 she founded her own business, Insurance Administrators, an outsourced Workers Compensation claims management firm. Her clients included such clients as contractors, nursing homes and restaurant chains in the tri state area. Lori has a wide range of experience with claimants, insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys and medical professionals and has participated in hearings and mediations in multiple claims situations. She brings new expertise to CBM Insurance and this is yet another level of service that we are pleased to provide to our clients.
