Michelle provides Senior Account Management service and support to our Middle Market clients. She joined our agency in August 2021 and her primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service to her clients.

She is a seasoned Account Manager with over 25 years of experience in multiple diverse roles prior to joining our Agency.  She has held her CISR (Certified Customer Service Representative) designation for over 20 years and looks forward to obtaining her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) in the future.

In her spare time, she can be found camping and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
