Nicole Negvesky is Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits at Alera Group. She is responsible for shaping the firm’s employee benefits strategy, driving growth objectives, and enhancing consulting capabilities while developing high-performing teams across all regions.
Nicole brings more than 20 years of health and welfare consulting experience. Prior to joining Alera Group, she served as national managing director of employee benefits at The Baldwin Group, where she built a national consulting footprint, established scalable best practices, and led growth across the practice. She also developed a national team of experts in compliance, data analytics, population health, and advocacy, and played a key role in employee benefits integration for newly partnered firms.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and holds the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation.
