Piper McNealy

Senior Partner, Producer
Piper McNealy

In 1998, Piper McNealy came together with Carol Chandor and Kathryn Tolan to build Boston Benefit Partners, LLC with the dream of creating a unique, team-based employee benefit consulting firm that would provide high quality expertise, unsurpassed customer service, and innovative solutions. She is proud to have made that dream a reality prior to joining up with Alera Group in 2021. In addition to her client consulting work, Piper focuses on organic growth within our large group employee benefits practice.

A graduate of Babson College, her entrepreneurial acumen and employee benefit expertise have earned her both regional and national recognition. Outside of her work at Alera Group, Piper is committed to her community.  In 2009, she was recognized and inducted into the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Volunteer Hall of Fame for raising well over $1,000,000 for the organization. In 2012, she was presented the TOYL (Top Outstanding Young Leaders) award by the Boston Chamber of Commerce. She sits on the Board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter, and served as Chairman from 2014-2016.
