Sandee O'Neill joined the firm in 2025 as a Senior Benefit Consultant, bringing over 30 years of experience in strategic account management and employee benefits. She specializes in developing strong client relationships and working with large self-funded organizations to deliver tailored solutions. Sandee holds a BA in Psychology, a BS in Business Administration, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. She is also licensed in life and health insurance.
