Sarah Sheckells is Chief Human Resources Officer of Alera Group. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah held the title of Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley in Baltimore and was head of Human Resources at the investment firm Campbell & Company. 

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College and a Master of Science in human resources management from Johns Hopkins University. She maintains the Certified Compensation Professional and the Society for Human Resources Certified Professional designations and is a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. In her community, Sarah serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Family Tree, a Maryland nonprofit dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
