As Managing Director, Midwest Region, Talicia Bashford works across Alera Group’s offices and practices to build efficiencies and bring new opportunities to clients and colleagues. By partnering collaboratively with senior leaders, practice leaders and peers, Talicia ensures alignment and coordination among the regions more than 700 colleagues to continue driving the region’s success. Talicia joined Alera Group in 2024 after serving as President, AssuredPartners of Chicago.

Talicia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in risk management & insurance and marketing.
