Tania joined the firm in 2015 and is an Account Executive. She brings 15 years of experience in employee benefits client service roles and currently resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  In her role, she serves as a trusted resource for HR and benefit professionals, providing personalized day-to-day support, renewal management and client education. Tania holds a master’s degree in business administration as well as a Life and Health license.
