Teri Weber, MBA, PMP, GBA, ICCIE is Senior Vice President at Alera Group, where she leads the firm’s Boston offices and national health and welfare accounts. With more than twenty years of experience in employee benefits strategy, design, pricing, and implementation, Teri is recognized for her ability to build efficient, scalable programs that meet the needs of employers and employees alike.

Teri served in a Partner role at Spring Consulting Group for many years, helping the firm become a trusted advisor to complex organizations and a leader in absence management and captive consulting. Following Spring’s acquisition by Alera Group, she was instrumental in the successful integration of Spring with Boston Benefit Partners, bringing together two leading Alera Group offices under her direction. In her current role, Teri focuses on operational excellence, organic growth, and strategic account management, ensuring clients benefit from both local expertise and Alera Group’s national resources.

Her areas of specialization include health and welfare plan strategy, absence management, and compliance and process improvement. Earlier in her career, she held consulting roles with Watson Wyatt, Buck Consultants, and Aon Consulting. Teri earned a BS from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and Connecticut, holds ACI and PMP certifications, and serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefit Council (NEEBC).
