Tom Reif helps companies of all sizes improve their benefit plans, helping employers attract and retain employees. He started his career over 30 years ago with a small agency that grew to 300+ offices in a short period of time. He later joined a commercial agency and was instrumental in starting a Life and Health Insurance branch. In December 2017, the agency he helped to develop and grow became part of Alera Group.

One of the most rewarding parts of his career continues to be building relationships and partnering with clients to find the best benefit solutions. With experience in Auto, Home, Life and Health Insurance, in addition to Employee Benefits, Tom believes that each client deserves top notch service.

Tom has been a resident of Naperville since 1998 and serves as a volunteer with DuPage PADS, an organization that provides permanent housing and support services for homeless individuals. He has 24-year-old triplets that are spread out but living their own best lives.
