Whitney leads Alera Group’s sales development and operations nationally, where she works across functions and regions to improve our sales infrastructure and enhance sales processes based on proven strategies and tactics. Leading the National Sales Team, Whitney is focused on sales performance, recruitment, perpetuation and building teams of elite producers in support of Alera Group’s performance-based culture.

Whitney brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience and joined Alera Group in 2021 as the Regional Vice President of Sales, Northeast region. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida.
