Alera Group will help you develop an Investment Policy Statement or use the Plan Sponsor's existing Investment Policy Statement to define, implement and monitor the Plan Sponsor's investment strategy.
Recommendation of Investment Options
Our investment consultants perform due diligence reviews and recommend investment options for selection by the Plan Sponsor.
Monitor Investment Performance
We regularly review investment performance against appropriate index benchmark, peer group and Investment Policy Statement objectives, as well as deliver quarterly monitoring reports. In addition, we coordinate investment option selection, de-selection and communication concerning the process of changing investment options in the Plan.
Investment Committee Services
Our investment consultants help coordinate and facilitate meetings with Plan trustees, as well as review performance with investment committees.
