MBTI
Meyers Briggs Type Indicator is a self-reported inventory, obtained through an online assessment, designed to identify a person’s personality type, strengths, and preferences. The MBTI assessment tool is backed by more than 70 years of science and research-based insight and is designed to help individuals and teams understand their own and each other’s strengths, preferred working styles, and ultimately to see their potential.
We offer Step I which reveals individual type, and Step II which digs deeper into the various facets supporting each preference. Grow your team by gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and one another.
Insights gained from this assessment can be used to develop an understanding of differences, based upon preferences, in an organizational context as a team, or individually. There are 16 personality types from the Myers Briggs Type Indicator instrument.
