    Nicole Love

    Account Executive
    Nicole Love

    Nicole Love is an Account Executive who joined Shirazi Benefits in 2021. Her insurance career began with administering employee changes, which grew to a love and appreciation for Health Benefits. The joy of building lasting relationships with open communication assures her small group clients they will be taken care of in all areas of their employee benefits package. Nikki and two children drive her to pursue both personal and professional goals with determination, honesty and integrity.

    Brittany Martinko joined Shirazi Benefits in April of 2019 as the Office Administrator in the Ft. Collins office. Brittany is responsible for day to day upkeep of the office and makes sure team members have what they need to execute their jobs.  She is the first point of contact offering a warm smile and ensures clients are welcomed into an inviting environment.  She helps the executive team behind the scenes to assist in meeting the Shirazi Benefits expectations of customer service.  Prior to joining Shirazi Benefits, Brittany worked in customer service in both retail and professional organizations.  Her strengths are in time management, customer service, communication, creativity and organization.  When not working Brittany enjoys crafting, camping and just about anything outside!

    Martha Munoz began her career with Shirazi Benefits in August of 2000.  She works as an account administrator assisting clients with eligibility and claims.  Prior to Shirazi Benefits, Martha worked in management in Human Resources.  She lives in Greeley, Colorado with her two sons.  Her youngest son plays baseball which keeps Martha busy in the summer months.  In addition she enjoys hiking, being outdoors and hanging out with family.  She like to read and enjoys cooking.

    Bianca Ortega

    Bianca started with Shirazi Benefits In September of 2019 as the office assistant.  As an office assistance she leverages her extensive administrative experience to maintain high standards, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality.  She multi-tasks and provides real time support to our Account Executives and other staff to achieve excellency.  Bianca is bilingual and helps in translation of company correspondence and client assistance.  With 10 years of Administrative and Insurance Benefits experience, Bianca began her career as a Front Desk Coordinator in a Dental office, overseeing all office responsibility, handling all communication, data entry and greeting visitors. In accordance, as an Insurance Verification Specialist, she was responsible in coordinating patient treatments and financial plans according to patient's insurance benefits.  At that time, Bianca transitioned into medical care where she spent 5 years as a patient advocate and medical interpreter, aiding patients with their coordination of benefits.  Bianca is married with two daughters . She enjoys exercising and is passionate about healthcare.

    Medicare Part D Credibility Determinations for Non-Calendar Year Plans

    In 2003, the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act (MMA) added a voluntary prescription drug benefit to the Medicare program. The benefit, known as Medicare Part D or “Part D,” is an optional program for Medicare beneficiaries to access covered prescription drugs at a lower cost. In 2022, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) was signed and set into motion changes to Part D benefits, with additional impact on employers in 2024 and 2025.
