Meet Our Team
Diane Guill
Account Manager
Diane Guill has been with Alera Group since 2007 and has been working in the insurance industry since 1980. She is a licensed property, casualty, life and health agent in Nevada specializing in medical malpractice insurance since 1994. Diane strives to provide our clients with the best customer service.
Gregory Hall
Account Executive
Gregory D. Hall serves as a personal lines account executive. He joined the firm in April of 2014. Gregory has been in the insurance industry since 2006 where he worked for an industry leading insurance agency. He believes in providing excellent and personable service to his clients while attending to their specific insurance needs. As a native of Las Vegas, Gregory has been active in the community with various charitable organizations such as the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Salvation Army and Vegas View Food Bank. In his spare time; he enjoys reading, gardening and spending quality time with his wife of over eight years and their four children.
Brandi Hardt
Assistant Account Manager
Brandi Hardt joined Alera Group in 2022. She works as an Assistant Account Manager supporting both the personal and commercial lines teams. Brandi prides herself on being a team player and providing excellent customer service to clients and administration. Brandi has 5 years of experience working for one of the largest administrators of self-insured groups for workers’ compensation in Nevada.
Brandi was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoys seeing live music and growing her vinyl record collection. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her fiancé and two daughters
Jeff Harmon
Account Executive
Jeff Harmon is a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a graduate of Las Vegas High School. He began his insurance career in 1973 with USF&G. Jeff, then went on to have a very successful career with the family-owned Harley E. Harmon Insurance started by his father in 1948. Jeff stayed within the family business from 1975-2016. In 2016 Jeff made the transition to GLB Insurance, an Alera Group company. Jeff served as the President of Southern Nevada Insurance Agents Association from 1988-1989. He also served as the President of Nevada Independent insurance Agents (NIIA) from 1997-1998. Jeff sat on the board of directors for Nevada Surplus Lines Association from 1997-2021. Jeff is very active within the Las Vegas Community, with many projects including the YMCA, Henderson Boys and Girls Club, Elks Club, and various other nonprofits. Jeff has been married for the last 26 years to the mother of his two sons, Asher and Harley, Rhonda.

International Roadcheck Is May 13-15. Is Your Commercial Transportation Fleet Ready?
For 72 hours next month, commercial motor vehicles and drivers throughout North America will be subject to what the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) calls a “high-visibility, high-volume” inspection and regulatory compliance enforcement initiative.
The annual event, known as the International Roadcheck, will take place at weigh and inspection stations, temporary sites and locations selected by mobile patrols from May 13-15 in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
