Meet Our Team
Susan Greene
Account Manager - Personal LinesSusan joined GLB Insurance, an Alera Group company in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began as a claim adjuster and now brokers for personal and commercial insurance in California and Nevada.
Susan is currently licensed in property, casualty, life and health and assists with all personal lines.
Susan has been married for 20 years, and enjoys people, food and dancing.
Diane Guill
Account ManagerDiane Guill has been with Alera Group since 2007 and has been working in the insurance industry since 1980. She is a licensed property, casualty, life and health agent in Nevada specializing in medical malpractice insurance since 1994. Diane strives to provide our clients with the best customer service.
Gregory Hall
Account ExecutiveGregory D. Hall serves as a personal lines account executive. He joined the firm in April of 2014. Gregory has been in the insurance industry since 2006 where he worked for an industry leading insurance agency. He believes in providing excellent and personable service to his clients while attending to their specific insurance needs. As a native of Las Vegas, Gregory has been active in the community with various charitable organizations such as the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Salvation Army and Vegas View Food Bank. In his spare time; he enjoys reading, gardening and spending quality time with his wife of over eight years and their four children.
Brandi Hardt
Assistant Account ManagerBrandi Hardt joined Alera Group in 2022. She works as an Assistant Account Manager supporting both the personal and commercial lines teams. Brandi prides herself on being a team player and providing excellent customer service to clients and administration. Brandi has 5 years of experience working for one of the largest administrators of self-insured groups for workers’ compensation in Nevada.
Brandi was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She enjoys seeing live music and growing her vinyl record collection. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her fiancé and two daughters

Don’t Forget About Your Gag Clause Attestations
When the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA) was enacted on December 27, 2020, it included a provision that prohibits group health plans and health insurance carriers from entering into certain agreements that, either directly or indirectly, restrict the release of certain information related to provider networks and de-identified encounter data, among other things. Such restrictions are commonly referred to as “gag clauses.” The CAA also requires plans and carriers to attest annually that their agreements do not include such impermissible gag clauses.
