Brady Barrick
Client Support Specialist, Employee BenefitsBrady joined the team in July 2013 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Shippensburg University with a major in Sociology and a minor in Business. Brady assists her team and clients through the renewal process by quoting and doing the proposals. She also helps our clients with claim issues that their employees may have. On her time away from work, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends. She also enjoys going to local fall festivals and dirt track racing at Williams Grove.
Lori Cook
Plan Administrator, Employee BenefitsLori Cook joined our team in July 2013 as a Plan Administrator. She brought nearly 25 years of healthcare claims experience. Lori processes MERP™, FSA, HSA, and Debit Card Claims, assists customers with account questions, processes weekly reimbursements, and assists with Plan Renewals. Her priorities are to provide excellent customer service with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. Lori enjoys spending time with friends and family and is also an animal lover.
Ryan Grogan
Plan Administrator, Employee BenefitsRyan joined Alera Group in January of 2023. Ryan processes MERP™, FSA, HSA, and Debit Card Claims, assists customers with account questions, processes weekly reimbursements, and assists with Plan Renewals. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University who enjoys spending time with family and friends and golf.
Tyler Hollinger
Plan Administrator, Employee BenefitsTyler officially joined the team in February 2020, bringing with him a solid foundation in client relations and an eye for seamless benefits administration. A trusted friend of the firm, Tyler had already assisted the client management and benefits administration teams for years as a Senior Project, often stepping in during the busiest times. Before joining our team, he spent three years managing Autobahn in Lemoyne, where he honed his customer service skills and developed a knack for problem-solving. In August 2024, Tyler expanded his expertise by earning his Health and Life Insurance License. As a Plan Administrator, he skillfully processes MERP™, HSA, and FSA claims, adding a personal touch to each interaction.
