Dawn Camp

Dawn became a Alera Group formerly Group Benefits LLC team member in 2018 as an Account Manager. Dawn previously held several administrative roles in the healthcare industry. Her skills in organizing details and identifying and solving potential issues provides a valuable level of support for the entire team. Dawn’s willingness to jump in and assist with all areas of the business enables GBLLC to provide the very best for our clients.
Danielle Capilla

Danielle is a Vice President and the Director of Compliance for Alera’s Employee Benefits division. She previously served as the Senior Vice President of Compliance and Operations and Chief Compliance officer at United Benefit Advisors (UBA). Additionally, she served as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University. She worked as a Senior Writer Analyst at Wolters Kluwer and as a Law Clerk at Clifford Law Offices.
Danielle graduated with a B.A. in Sociology, History, and Business at Tulane University. She earned her JD in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law.
Diane Coleman

Diane joined Alera Group formerly Group Benefits LLC in 2010 bringing a multi-faceted background in Human Resource Management and Employee Benefits that has enhanced the scope of the company. She serves as Chief Operating Officer overseeing the administrative and operational functions including project management and process design. With over 20 years as a licensed professional in the insurance industry, Diane ensures that Alera Group formerly Group Benefits LLC provides the best-in-class service to our clients.
Andrea Davis

Andrea brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting and strategic solutions. As the Director of Wellbeing, she is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive wellbeing strategies for existing and prospective clients. She provides assistance and support to clients by developing personalized programs that fit clients’ unique needs, including wellbeing program implementation, committee development and promotion/marketing of their programs to encourage participation.
Andrea conducts program analysis and generates reports related to program participation, health assessment and client utilization. She interfaces with our Chief Medical Officer to leverage clinical and analytic data in support of Alera Group's health management solutions. She is a certified Health and Nutrition Counselor through SUNY Purchase and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Andrea graduated with a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
