Craig Zinsmeyer
Senior Partner
Craig is a native of San Antonio and a graduate of Winston Churchill High School. Upon graduating he attended Pensacola State College in Pensacola, Florida. He joined AMCORP in 1989. He has held various positions within AMCORP and is currently Senior Partner. Using his in-depth knowledge of the latest industry products and trends, Craig has grown the employee benefits side of the business by over 70%. Under his leadership, AMCORP now offers everything from online enrollment to complete benefit ACA compliance, in addition, to benefit consulting.
Craig previously served on The Winston School Board of Directors where he helped guide the school through a very aggressive growth period and helped them move to a new campus. He also served as the President of the San Antonio Christian School Booster Club. When he is not at work you can find Craig behind his BBQ Trailer Pit serving his clients and the community some of the Texas Best Brisket, Ribs, and Chicken.
Vincent Zinsmeyer
Senior Partner
Vince is an accomplished Financial Advisor with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In 1985 he joined AMCORP and began climbing the corporate ladder mastering every department and now serves as Senior Partner at AMCORP Employee Benefits and Financial Advisors along with his brother, Craig.
With a unique ability to communicate to individuals in a language that they understand, Vince has built a long-term client relationship platform. Vince has served on the Board of Easter Seals-San Antonio for over 10 years, 3 of those years as President. He is also a registered representative with Triad Advisors where he uses his expertise to develop retirement and financial plans.
Vince was born and raised in San Antonio. He married his wife Kim in 1993 and they have two children, Brantley and Emily as well as two dogs, Maisy and Walt. In his free time, Vince enjoys traveling, boating at the lake, and cruising around in his 1967 Convertible Mustang.

Mike Noyes, CEBS, GBA, CMS
Managing Partner
Mike is the co-founder and the Managing Partner of Alera Group: Texas in Houston. For over 15 years he has focused on the consulting of corporate health and welfare programs. Mike has extensive managed care experience, expertise in ASO contracts, and alternately funded group insurance programs. He is involved in all aspects of negotiations, plan architecture, contribution strategy, carrier selection, employee communication plan, and ongoing support.
For his clients, Mike’s most significant contribution is his commitment to helping them get the attention, strategic analysis, and breadth of solutions generally reserved for larger corporations.
Before starting Alera Group: Texas, Mike was a Principal and Employee Benefits Division leader of one of the largest consulting firms in East Texas. He was also a Consultant with Great-West HealthCare (now a part of Cigna) and New England Financial. His job responsibilities were to assist the broker and consultant marketplace to produce self-funded sales in the mid-market employee segment.
Mike is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Finance. He is a frequent speaker and presenter for events throughout the region, an advisor for the National Employee Benefits Advisory Forum (NABF), and also volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Mike currently resides in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife and three kids.

Deadline for San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance is approaching
The annual San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance (SF HCSO) reporting by employers that have employees who work in the City of or County of San Francisco is due by May 2, 2025. Employers should be aware of the upcoming deadline even if they are not located in San Francisco.
The SF HCSO requires large and medium-sized employers to provide covered employees with benefits equal to or greater than the expenditure rate. Covered employees are those who have been employed for more than 90 days and who regularly work at least eight hours per week within the City of and County of San Francisco.

International Roadcheck Is May 13-15. Is Your Commercial Transportation Fleet Ready?
For 72 hours next month, commercial motor vehicles and drivers throughout North America will be subject to what the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) calls a “high-visibility, high-volume” inspection and regulatory compliance enforcement initiative.
The annual event, known as the International Roadcheck, will take place at weigh and inspection stations, temporary sites and locations selected by mobile patrols from May 13-15 in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
