Meet Our Team
Kevin Wolff
Senior Partner
Kevin brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational design, business development, and operations with mid to large-sized employers. Previously, he led the integration of Citibank, Travelers Group, The Associates, and Mellon Bank's credit card acquisition portfolios.
Following high school, Kevin served in the United States Navy. After his active-duty enlistment, he earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. Kevin has previously served the greater San Antonio area through the San Antonio City Council, District 9, and as a Bexar County Commissioner for Precinct 3.
Tammi Greer
Senior Partner
With more than three decades in the health insurance industry, Tammi specializes in group and employer benefits as well as individual health plans, including Medicare. Her nursing background informs a service-first approach , combining clinical insight with market expertise to design practical, cost‑effective programs.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), grounding her benefits work in a deep understanding of patient care and compliance. Outside the office, Tammi enjoys tennis, gardening, cooking and entertaining, traveling, and time with family.
Todd Peter
Senior Partner
Todd brings over thirty years of experience guiding businesses and individuals through complex insurance coverage needs. Renowned for his strategic approach and deep industry expertise, Todd delivers tailored solutions with a consultative, customer-focused style. His ability to anticipate industry changes and provide proactive guidance has made him a trusted advisor to clients seeking optimal coverage and long-term security.
Todd holds several prestigious certifications, including Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC), and Small Group Specialist (SGS). He has been recognized as one of the nation’s top producers by the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), reflecting his commitment to excellence and leadership in the field.

Zachary brings energy and expertise to his clients, with a strong foundation in business administration and a passion for helping them navigate the complexities of employee benefits. His approach to employee benefits is shaped by a commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that support workforce well-being and organizational success.
Zachary’s career began in HRIS and payroll software sales, where he honed his skills in client relations and solution-driven service. He later expanded his experience with a year in property and casualty sales at Goosehead, specializing in personal lines for individual consumers.
A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Zachary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Outside the office, Zachary enjoys golf, pickleball, and traveling—often spending time at the river or lake with his wife.
