About Us

The word Shomer means “Guardian”, and we take our name to heart. Since the company’s incorporation in 1999, every program we develop, webinar we offer, and policy we propose is crafted with our clients’ needs in mind. We receive compliments and thanks from our clients every day because they appreciate the level of service that we tailor to each one. Single location, multi-state, high risk or low, Shomer is able to adapt and provide custom service. On May 1st, 2019 the Alera Group acquisition of Shomer Insurance opened a new set of opportunities for Shomer and its clients. After this strategic acquisition, Shomer has been able to expand, adding even more value for our clients while still maintaining our identity.
