Alera Group Acquires E3 Outsource, Launches National Employee Benefits Helpline

Acquisition allows for new service to assist employees of clients with all of their benefits needs

Alera Group, a leading employee benefits, financial services and risk management company, announced today it has acquired E3 Outsource, an employee benefits management and technology firm. The acquisition is effective March 1, 2021. The E3 Outsource acquisition provides enhanced employee benefits services to Alera Group clients in more than 100 locations throughout the country.

Headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida, and serving clients throughout the country, E3 Outsource offers an Employee Benefits Helpline to provide quality support and direction for clients and their employees. E3’s experienced Benefits Coaches are available to assist employees during peak demand periods such as open enrollment and throughout the year, enabling employees to make educated decisions regarding their benefits choices and alleviating the burden from the HR team.

The E3 Outsource team will continue serving clients in their existing roles. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
