Utilizing deep expertise gained over more than 13 years on both the carrier and broker sides of the benefits industry, Aldin provides strategic guidance that helps Alera Group clients optimize technology. Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders, he assesses current platforms, identifies gaps, and recommends the right resources to streamline administration and enhance efficiency. 

Aldin has successfully partnered with fully insured and self-funded organizations of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. His experience includes handling the day-to-day needs of mid-sized to large employer groups, overseeing open enrollment processes, managing employee-facing communications, and implementing benefits technology solutions and services.

In addition to his degree in Public Relations, Aldin earned a Benefits Technology Certification through the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. He lives in the Seattle area and loves traveling, playing soccer, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two young sons.
