Alicia joined CPI-HR in 2020 with seven years of experience in the benefits industry.  After obtaining her bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Business from the University of North Florida, Alicia began her benefits career on the carrier side focusing on supplemental benefits.  She then spent four years in New York City strengthening her expertise in benefits and HR technology before moving to Cleveland where she builds relationships by providing strategic guidance and exceptional support.   Alicia has a drive to help others and constantly promotes a positive culture, internally and with her clients, and is a national Collaborative Way Champion for Alera Group, promoting collaboration and inspiring us to work "better together."  Alicia holds her life, health and accident license in multiple states.
