Alyssa Payne

Alyssa Payne is the Director of Benefit Support Services for EAD. Alyssa has worked in group benefits for over 12 years and joined the Alera Group team in 2017. Her experience includes client service, COBRA Administration, Section 125 Administration, and eligibility processing. She earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Pepperdine University.

 

Alyssa’s primary responsibility is to lead the EAD administrative services team, which offers benefit administration platforms, ACA reporting, COBRA administration, eligibility processing, consolidated billing, and bill reconciliation services.
