As an Account Executive, Amy serves as a tactical and primary day-to-day contact.  Amy presents at enrollment meetings, initiates the renewal process, and helps solve claim and administrative issues. She also has experience implementing online benefit administration systems to streamline the enrollment process. Amy’s prior experience at a third-party administrator provides her a solid background in claim reporting systems. This experience serves her in obtaining and analyzing detailed reports and providing specialized assistance to our self-funded clients.
