Although Brett works with organizations across a variety of industries, he has developed extensive expertise and notable success supporting clients in the medical and oil & gas sectors. He takes a collaborative approach, ensuring that benefit strategies align with both the employer’s goals and employee’s needs.

A Baylor University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Brett combines his educational background with practical experience to provide thoughtful, data-driven solutions for his clients. Outside of work, Brett enjoys cheering on Baylor football and basketball, spending quality time with his wife and their rescue dog, Bear. He also enjoys playing tennis and pickleball and values connecting with family and friends through shared activities and experiences.
