Cass acts as a strategic partner for Alera Group clients, providing guidance and managing a variety of HR functions. A lifelong Alaskan, she has a deep understanding of the state’s unique work culture and the specialized needs of both employers and employees in Alaska.

Before joining our team, Cass was an HR solopreneur and organizational design consultant for healthcare and technology companies around the world—Silicon Valley, Boston, Mexico, the UK, and beyond. Her industry experience includes oil and gas, public health, and finance/real estate, giving her a breadth of knowledge to draw upon while supporting clients.

Cass has a bachelor’s degree in HR and earned the HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources–International (HRCI-SPHRi™) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) designations. She has two children and loves to explore Alaska and meet its people—in addition to volunteering to help kids in foster care and rescue dogs, she spends summers experiencing different communities, cultures, and climates.
