Clint serves as a Senior Partner. Clint is responsible for driving innovation and client strategy for Alera Group. This includes developing progressive outcome-oriented strategies, plan designs and creative contribution approaches to drive employee behavior.

He has direct experience with merger and acquisitions, due diligence and integrations, wellness plan integrations, outsourced administrations, divestitures and reorganizations, and cost reduction programs.

Clint is recognized in the industry as a respected national thought leader, has served on Advisory Boards for Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna, and also served on the board of Alera Group.

Favorite Book? The Greatest Thing in the World by Henry Drummond. I read it every time I am on a plane. It put words to something I always understood but could not articulate.

Favorite place to visit? Harbor Springs, MI

Most interesting place you have been? I took my children to Kibera slum in Nairobi. It was an emersion trip to expose ourselves to the huge percentage of the world that lives on a dollar a day.
