With over two decades of experience in HR management, Gilda is a highly skilled professional who is passionate about her work. Her areas of expertise include employee and labor relations, compliance, performance management, union grievances and negotiations, personnel policies, internal investigations, and more.
Before joining Alera Group, Gilda led human resources for a government agency with over 700 employees. Over the course of her career she has provided HR guidance to a diverse group of clients, including nonprofits, legal organizations, small businesses, and others—developing strong working relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
