Khallidah is a deeply experienced leader who establishes trusting partnerships with clients and employees by supporting the full scope of HR. Her expertise lies in designing and driving strategic initiatives and programs to create a culture of performance, organizational effectiveness, and change management. 

Before joining Alera Group, Khallidah worked in industries including legal, finance, construction, and agriculture. Her prior roles include several senior HR leadership positions, including building an HR department from the ground up at one organization. She has managed a broad array of operational functions, including employee life cycle support, creation/implementation of HR and organizational strategies, talent acquisition and performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
