Lori is our Operations Manager of Employee Benefits for HMK Insurance, an Alera Group Company.  She has over 20 years of experience in the health insurance and group benefits field.  Lori ensures a positive client experience by building strong relationships with group administrators in the human resource department by handling daily communications, renewals, and compliance.  She also manages our team of account managers who focus on customer service, billing, and claims. Her ability to navigate the complexity of account management allows her clients to rest easy knowing that their employees’ health benefits are in capable hands.
