Michael Catalano is a Lead Financial Analyst who joined the firm in 2012. Michael’s primary responsibilities include heading up the financial analyst department and supporting key account clients around financial and data analytics. Additionally, Michael also helps to oversee the firm’s relationship with the Milliman actuary team to audit and interpret the deliverables they provide to clients. Ultimately, Michael’s reports, observations and skills use analytics information to support the strategic goals of the advisor team and provide meaningful interpretations to clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael spent seven years as an Account Manager at Euclid Insurance. At Euclid, Michael was part of a team that managed large group self-funded clients with a focus on developing the organization’s financial reporting, prospecting analytics, and employee communications materials.

Outside of the office, Michael regularly participates in the firm’s Community Giving events in the local Chicagoland area. Currently, Michael and his wife, Carly, live in Bartlett, IL where they enjoy a house divided with intense loyalties to the Bears and Packers. Together, they enjoy trying new restaurants, spending weekends at the stables, and hiking with their dog Archer.
