Nicole helps elevate the Alera Group brand to increase our visibility and strengthen connections with prospective clients. Utilizing her solid communication skills, she creates effective marketing materials including campaigns, collateral for sales teams, social media posts, and much more—along with producing graphics for use in presentations and other content.

Her background includes HR experience as well: Nicole joined us in 2021 as an intern in HR consulting, then was hired full-time after earning degrees in economics and business administration (with an HR concentration) from Pacific Lutheran University. She also achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) designation.

A native of Washington who lives in Tacoma, Nicole says she has a “fruit bowl”—her two cats, Peach and Mango. She enjoys arts and crafts, dancing, reading, baking, and volunteering at her local food bank.
