Robbie is a seasoned benefits professional with more than 25 years of experience advising mid‑ to large‑size organizations on strategic employee benefits solutions. 

He brings deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach focused on developing tailored strategies and building long‑term client relationships. His background includes roles in account management and sales with Health Plus of Louisiana and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, followed by a transition to the brokerage side of the industry, where he has continued to expand his expertise and client impact. Known for his commitment to service and trusted guidance, he helps clients navigate complex benefits decisions with confidence. 

Robbie earned his undergraduate degree from Centenary College, where he played baseball on scholarship, and later signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants.
