Susan Ziobro

Susan seeks to help clients discover what they need and strategize best-in-class solutions. Susan is growing her network of Alera Group experts as a resource for her clients. She is a member of Alera Group’s Non-Profit, Higher Education, and Public Sector vertical markets.

Susan holds a Nevada license for Life, Accident, and Health and earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts Management from Western Washington University and an A.A. in Business Administration from Skagit Valley College. She earned several Records and Information Management certificates through professional associations (AIIM and ARMA).

Susan was formerly employed in Nevada by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority from 2005 – 2020, working in Marketing, Finance, and HR, and by the Las Vegas Rotary Club from 2000-2005 as Executive Director. Prior to living in Nevada, she worked at Duquesne University, supporting the performing arts community in Pittsburgh, PA. Her first sales job was working in her family’s hardware store.

Susan is active in the community through Rotary International and Toastmasters International. She also likes to mentor users on best practices for compliant document and electronic records management. Susan is the wife of a Veteran and mother of three.
