Todd joined the firm in August of 2021 as a sales consultant after working in healthcare for over 13 years as a Business Manager for a Johnson and Johnson company and most recently as a Sales Manager for a medium-sized manufacturing facility.  He loves working with people, building lasting relationships and helping client’s solve problems.  He attends a local church where he volunteers with the youth and is involved in the church’s ministry to refugee families that have settled here in Lancaster. He grew up in Lancaster and graduated from Franklin and Marshall College.  Todd enjoys spending time with his family even though he feels a bit out-numbered as he lives with his wife, Amy and has five daughters.  His dog, Augustine, is of little help, as Gus’s loyalties lie with whomever is feeding him.  Todd also enjoys playing basketball and loves the outdoors.
