Tricia joined the firm in July 2014 as an Account Executive on our Key Accounts team and has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting industry managing and servicing benefit programs. As a Lead Account Executive, she mentors and leads a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. Tricia is known for her dedication to her clients and attention to detail and brings a wide breadth of knowledge across all product areas. Her background includes working with companies of all sizes, industries, funding arrangements and benefit needs which allows her to give significant insight to everyone she works with.
